...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM EDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN MORRIS AND SOUTHEASTERN SUSSEX COUNTIES...

At 725 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Greenwood Lake to near Kinnelon to Wharton,
moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Dover, Hopatcong, Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, Boonton, Butler, Wharton,
Rockaway, Mount Arlington, Mountain Lakes, Stanhope, Riverdale,
Netcong, Victory Gardens, Parsippany, Pequannock Township, Lake
Telemark, Green Pond, Highland Lake and Upper Greenwood Lake.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 42 and 54.
 Interstate 80 in New Jersey near mile marker 25, and between mile
markers 30 and 47.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
