The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 458 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms covering the southern half of Berks County and the
  far northern portions of Montgomery County. Up to one inch of rain
  has already fallen in a few spots, and more rain is likely. This
  will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area.
  Roadway flooding can also be expected in areas of poor drainage.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Pottstown, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Fleetwood,
  Sinking Spring, Laureldale, East Greenville, Womelsdorf,
  Wernersville, Newmanstown, Topton, Leesport, Shoemakersville,
  Bally, Bernville, Bechtelsville, Green Lane and Lyons.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent. Do not drive across flooded roadways...the
water may be deeper than you think.
