...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN BUCKS COUNTY...

At 436 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Feasterville,
or 13 miles northeast of Philadelphia, moving northeast at 5 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Hatboro, Newtown, Tullytown, Langhorne, Bryn Athyn, Ivyland,
Richboro, Feasterville-Trevose, Langhorn, Levittown, Feasterville,
Penndel, Langhorne Manor, Hulmeville, Churchville, Warminster
Heights, Woodbourne, Village Shires, Newtown Grant and Fairless
Hills.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
