The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  West central Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 556 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have fallen.

* Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of west central Sussex
  County.

Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding of low lying
areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
