The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 230 AM EDT.

* At 1023 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Elkton, Calvert, North East, Rising Sun, Charlestown, Zion,
  Barksdale, West Nottingham, Octoraro, Brantwood, Fair Hill, Bay
  View, Richardsmere, Woodlawn, Andora, Pleasant Hill, Cherry Hill,
  Conowingo, Cayots and Farmington.

This includes Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 91 and
108.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
