...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM EDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN MONMOUTH COUNTY...

At 610 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Long Branch,
moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Long Branch, Sandy Hook, Tinton Falls, Red Bank, Highlands, Elberon,
Navesink, Collingwood Park, Eatontown, West Long Branch, Rumson,
Little Silver, Oceanport, Shrewsbury, Deal, Oakhurst and Wanamassa.

This includes Garden State Parkway between mile markers 102 and 107.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
