* Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 230 AM EDT.

* At 1030 PM EDT, minor flooding was occurring along the Pennypack
  Creek in Northeast Philadelphia. The creek is expected to return
  within its banks overnight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Holmesburg and Tacony.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
