The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...
  Southeastern Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 348 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  1-2 inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Sandy Hook, Middletown, Old Bridge, Marlboro, Holmdel, Keansburg,
  Matawan, Highlands, Brownville, Navesink, Robertsville,
  Morganville, Lincroft, Yorketown, Keyport, Rumson, Strathmore and
  North Middletown.

This includes Garden State Parkway between mile markers 112 and 121.
