  Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Middletown, Bensalem, Jackson,
  Howell, Evesham, Mount Laurel, Marlboro, Manalapan, Chester,
  Willingboro, Deptford and Voorhees.

 Atlantic City Expressway between mile markers 34 and 44.
 Garden State Parkway between mile markers 101 and 115.
