...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHERN QUEEN ANNE'S...KENT AND
SOUTHEASTERN CECIL COUNTIES...

At 510 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Chestertown, or
14 miles north of Centerville, moving northeast at 10 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Chestertown, Cecilton, Betterton, Newtown, Morgnec, Crumpton,
Kennedyville, Langford, Galena and Kingstown.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring, and may cause localized
flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
