The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 700 AM EDT.

* At 300 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of heavy rain
  associated with a strong cold front moving into the area from the
  west. Rainfall rates of one to two inches per hour have been
  reported with this line, and urban and small stream flooding can
  be expected as the rain continues into the early morning hours.
  Street and poor drainage flooding are the likely threats with this
  event, but given the wet antecedent conditions from heavy rain
  last week, small stream flooding is also a possibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
