...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN HUNTERDON AND WESTERN SOMERSET COUNTIES...

At 236 PM EDT, Doppler Radar indicated that over 2.00 inches of rain
fell overnight. Already saturated grounds have caused excessive
runoff. The North Branch Raritan River at South Branch remains above
flood stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
