  Southern Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 345 PM EDT.

* At 1114 AM EDT, Doppler Radar indicated that over 2.00 inches of
  rain fell overnight. Already saturated grounds have caused
  excessive runoff. The Neshanic River at Reaville is above stage.
  The North Branch Raritan River at South Branch is above flood
  stage. The Lamington River at Burnt Mills is running high. The
  Millstone River is also running high. Causeways may be closed.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
