  Northern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1245 PM EDT.

* At 1056 AM EDT, the Downingtown gauge on the East Branch
  Brandywine Creek was above flood stage. French Creek at
  Phoenixville was receding, but still running high. The Perkiomen
  Creek at East Greenville was also receding, but still running
  high. The East Branch Perkiomen Creek at Schwenksville was above
  flood stage. The Schuylkill River at Norristown was above flood
  stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
