CENTRAL SUSSEX...WARREN...EAST CENTRAL BERKS...SOUTHEASTERN LEHIGH
AND SOUTHEASTERN NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

At 1036 AM EDT, National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated
that heavy rain has moved well out of the area. However, rivers and
streams, such as the Pequest, are still running high from rain
during the overnight hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
