  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1115 AM EDT.

* At 722 AM EDT, the Honey Brook gauge on the West Branch Brandywine
  Creek was above flood stage as was the Downingtown gauge on the
  East Branch Brandywine Creek. French Creek was also above flood
  stage at Phoenixville. The Perkiomen Creek was also above flood
  stage at East Greenville as was the East Branch Perkiomen Creek at
  Schwenksville. Valley Creek, Crum Creek and the Wissahickon Creek
  at Fort Washington were also running high.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
