  The East Branch Brandywine Creek at Downingtown.
* until this morning...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  4:45 AM Friday the stage was 6.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early this morning and continue to rise
  to near 7.8 feet by early this morning.the river will fall below flood stage
  by early this morning.
* Impact...At 8.0 feet...Dowlin Forge Road begins to flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 7.0 feet on Aug 4
  2018.
