NORTHEASTERN HUNTERDON...SUSSEX...WARREN AND EAST CENTRAL NORTHAMPTON
COUNTIES...

At 737 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Otisville to Branchville to near
Roxburg. Movement was east at 35 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Newton, Dover, Hopatcong, Hackettstown, Wharton, Washington,
Blairstown, Mount Arlington, Franklin, Stanhope, Hamburg, Netcong,
Belvidere, Harmony, Oxford, Ogdensburg, Sussex, Hope, Glen Gardner
and Chester.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They can relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Mount Holly NJ.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
northern and northwestern New Jersey...and eastern Pennsylvania.
