  Northeastern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 115 AM EDT.

* At 908 PM EDT, reporting gauges indicate minor flooding on
  Pennypack Creek due to recent heavy rainfall. These waters will
  begin to recede overnight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Holmesburg, Tacony and Northeast Philadelphia.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
