  area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of
  heaviest rain.

  Philadelphia, Camden, Bensalem, Norristown, East Norriton, Yeadon,
  Doylestown, Conshohocken, Palmyra, Hatboro, Folcroft, Ambler,
  Swarthmore, Jenkintown, Narberth, Chalfont, East Lansdowne,
