At 203 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain had
left the advisory area. However, additional light rain is occuring,
this combined with the runoff from earlier storms will be slow to
recede. Therefore, the flood advisory remains in effect. Up to one
inch of rain has already fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Wilmington, Newark, Gloucester City,
Cherry Hill, Middletown, Old Bridge, Bensalem, Howell, Mount Laurel,
Marlboro, Manalapan, Ewing, Chester, Willingboro, Deptford, West
Deptford and Tinton Falls.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
