* At 1235 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen, and an additional inch or so of rain will fall.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Wilmington, Newark, Gloucester City,
  Cherry Hill, Middletown, Old Bridge, Bensalem, Howell, Mount
  Laurel, Marlboro, Manalapan, Ewing, Chester, Willingboro, Deptford,
  West Deptford and Tinton Falls.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
