...Patchy dense fog through early morning...

Surface observations and webcams indicate patchy and locally dense
fog is developing in the susceptible rural and valley locations
in eastern Pennsylvania and adjacent portions of northern New
Jersey. This fog is expected to persist through the early morning
hours and may linger through the morning commute. If driving, use
extra caution. Expect rapid changes in visibility, use low-beam
headlights, and maintain extra distance from other vehicles.
