...Locally dense fog through the mid-morning hours...

Surface observations indicate patchy dense fog has developed in
the more susceptible rural and valley locations in eastern
Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey. This fog is expected to
persist through the mid-morning hours. If driving this morning,
expect rapid changes in visibility. Use low-beam headlights, and
maintain extra distance from other vehicles.
