* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas
  for...
  Central Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 600 AM EDT.

* At 157 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas
  will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch
  of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  New Brunswick, Somerville, Somerset, Edison, Bridgewater, Carteret,
  Middlesex, Bound Brook, Manville, Millstone, Colonia, Martinsville,
  Society Hill, Woodbridge, South Plainfield, North Plainfield,
  Highland Park, Metuchen, Dunellen and Raritan.
