The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Eastern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  North central Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 400 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms expanding in the area. This will cause minor
  flooding of roadways and areas of poor drainage. Up to one inch of
  rain has already fallen in spots.

Additional rainfall of around an inch is expected in parts of the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses
as well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots.
