...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM EDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN SUSSEX AND SOUTHERN KENT COUNTIES...

At 333 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported widespread road
flooding near Milford, DE. Two to three inches of rain have already
fallen. Flash flooding is expected to continue.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Milford, Seaford, Harrington, Bridgeville, Ellendale, Bowers,
Andrewsville, Blades, Greenwood, Frederica, Houston, Farmington and
Riverview.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots. Do not drive where water covers the roads. The road beneath
may be washed away.
