The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Southern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 245 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Federalsburg, Trappe, Preston, Tanyard, Harmony,
  Smithville, Agner, Matthews, Choptank, Hambleton, Windyhill and
  Cordova.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
