...Areas of fog will persist through the morning rush...

Fog has developed in much of the area this morning. Although
visibilities are generally between a half mile and three miles,
there are some locations that have, at least briefly, lowered to a
quarter mile or less. The fog is expected to continue through the
morning commute, with rapid reductions in visibility possible. If
driving this morning, use extra caution. Slow down, use low-beam
headlights, and maintain additional distance from other vehicles.
