The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Central Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 1000 AM EDT.

* At 559 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over the area
  resulted in as much as 3 inches of rainfall. Flooding is
  occurring. Dover Street between Locust Street and East Avenue is
  closed and underwater. Other roads are likely to be subject to
  closure.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Centerville, Talbot, Centreville, Romancoke, Rock Hall,
  Trappe, St. Michaels, Church Hill, Queen Anne, Old Town,
  Grasonville, Starr, Copperville, Stevensville, Skipton, Langford,
  Chester, Matthews and Overton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, farmland, and other low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
