* Until 830 AM EDT.

* At 428 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, West Chester, Bensalem, Norristown, Phoenixville,
  West Norriton, East Norriton, Coatesville, Westtown, Riverside,
  Downingtown, Conshohocken, Palmyra, Hatboro, Ambler, Collegeville,
  Royersford, Jenkintown, Narberth and Parkesburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
