At 457 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Dover Base
Housing, or over Dover, moving northeast at 5 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Dover, Camden, Cheswold, Rising Sun-Lebanon, Rising Sun, Dover Base
Housing, Dover Speedway, Woodland Beach, Wyoming, Magnolia, Little
Creek, Leipsic, Rodney Village, Kent Acres, Highland Acres and
Woodside East.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
