...Gusty Winds into this afternoon...

Northwest winds will continue to range from 20 to 30 mph with
gusts up to 40 mph. With the ground saturated from the heavy rain
last night, these wind gusts may result in isolated tree and
power line damage. Isolated power outages are possible.

Winds will diminish later this afternoon.
