The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  East central Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 1030 AM EDT.

* At 655 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has
  ended. However, three to six inches of rain fell across the area
  overnight and it will take time for all of the water to drain and
  recede. Several roads remain flooded across the area. Do not go
  around cones or barricades.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Easton, Centerville, Talbot, Smyrna, Denton, Centreville,
  Camden, Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely, Cheswold, St. Michaels,
  Church Hill, Oxford, Millington, Sudlersville, Bowers, Goldsboro
  and Queen Anne.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
