...FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 5 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...
The Flash Flood Watch for portions of Delaware, northeast
Maryland, and New Jersey will expire at 5 AM EDT early this
morning.
The heavy rainfall associated with a cold front and now post-
tropical storm Michael, is tapering off and moving offshore.
The threat for Flash Flooding has ended, therefore the watch will
be allowed to expire. Some areas saw 3 to 5 inches of rain from
these systems and some roadways may still be impacted. Please
remain cautious and alert if driving this morning and follow any
posted detours.
