  Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Southern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Southeastern Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Southern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 730 AM EDT.

* At 325 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain was
  diminishing. But three to five inches of rain have fallen since
  last evening and it will take time for all the water to drain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Georgetown, Milford, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Harrington, Lewes,
  Federalsburg, Milton, Bridgeville, Trappe, Dagsboro, Preston,
  Millville, Ellendale, Bowers, Henlopen Acres, Smithville, Gumboro
  and Cape Henlopen State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
