  Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 715 AM EDT.

* At 315 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across portions
  of the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already
  fallen. This amount of rainfall is capable of producing flash
  flooding.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Lakewood,
  Middletown, Jackson, Howell, Marlboro, Manalapan, Willingboro,
  Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Florence, Burlington, Bristol,
  Mount Holly, Riverside and Manasquan.
