PHILADELPHIA AND DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 127 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain that
will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will
result in minor flooding in the advisory area.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Norristown, Chester, Deptford,
West Deptford, West Norriton, East Norriton, Bellmawr, Yeadon,
Westtown, Woodbury, Conshohocken, Palmyra, Folcroft, Swarthmore,
Paulsboro, Westville and Narberth.
