  Southwestern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 430 AM EDT.

* At 1221 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one and one-half
  inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Calvert, Chester,
  Pennsville, Coatesville, Carneys Point, Elsmere, Kennett Square,
  New Castle, Chestertown, Penns Grove, Oxford, Parkesburg, North
  East, West Grove, Rising Sun and Swedesboro.

Additional rainfall of one inch is expected over the area.
