  Central Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 330 AM EDT.

* At 1134 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
  warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. This
  amount of rainfall is capable of producing flash flooding.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Chestertown, Rock Hall, Chester, Overton, Old Town, Stevensville,
  Langford, Stevensville South, Kingstown and Dominion.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
