  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  East central Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 632 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain was
  moving back into the advisory area. Up to two and one-half inches
  of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Port Jervis, Newton, Montague, Hopatcong, East Stroudsburg,
  Blairstown, Mount Arlington, Franklin, Stanhope, Hamburg, Netcong,
  Belvidere, Oxford, Ogdensburg, Sussex, Hope, East Bangor,
  Branchville, Andover and Stormville.

Additional rainfall of one inch is possible over the next hour or
two.
