  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 239 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Easton, Lehighton, Bethlehem, Forks, Northampton,
  Wilson, Washington, Nazareth, Palmerton, Bangor, Kutztown, Jim
  Thorpe, Hamburg, Slatington, Fleetwood, Pen Argyl, Womelsdorf, Wind
  Gap and Bath.

Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
