...Patchy dense fog through the morning rush...

Surface observations and webcams indicate patchy dense fog is
developing across the area, especially in more susceptible rural
and valley locations in eastern Pennsylvania, northern New Jersey,
and the Pine Barrens. This will continue through the night and
possibly become a little more prevalent near daybreak. If driving,
expect rapid changes in visibility. Slow down, use low-beam
headlights, and maintain extra distance from other vehicles.
