  Northern Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1230 AM EDT.

* At 827 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow
  moving thunderstorms moving in from the north. This heavy rain is
  expected to cause small stream flooding in the advisory area. Over
  one inch of rain in less than one hour can be expected in many
  locations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
