* At 617 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over White Haven,
  or 13 miles southeast of Wilkes-Barre, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
           possible.
