...Patchy dense fog through late morning...

Patchy fog persists in portions of southeastern Pennsylvania and
northwestern New Jersey, primarily along ridge lines. Visibility
of less than one half mile will be possible at times. The fog is
expected to gradually dissipate through late this morning.

If you are driving in these areas, be prepared for reduced
visibility. Allow extra time to reach your destination, and if you
encounter fog, reduce speed and increase following distance with
the vehicle in front of you.
