* At 11:30 PM Wednesday the stage was 6.97 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at 8:30 PM Wednesday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 6.3 feet by Friday morning.
* Impact...At 7.0 feet...Minor flooding begins in Lincoln Park, Wayne and Little
  Falls.
