* At 2:30 PM Tuesday the stage was 5.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 5.5 feet.
* Forecast...The river crested below flood stage at 5.4 feet.
* Impact...At 5.5 feet...Road closures begin in both Butler and
  Bloomingdale due to flooding.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 5.4
  feet on Mar 22 2003.
