The Flood Warning continues for
  The Millstone River at Blackwells Mills.
* At 10:15 AM Tuesday the stage was 9.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage this evening.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...The D&R Canal is flooded by the Millstone
  River.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.7 feet
  on May 11 1998.
