The Flood Warning continues for
  The Rockaway River at Boonton Below Resvr.
* At 10:45 AM Tuesday the stage was 5.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 5.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 5.1 feet this
  morning. The river will fall below flood stage tonight.
* Impact...At 6.0 feet...Flooding occurs on Vail Road in Montville.
  The Road heading into Parsippany is subject to closures.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 5.2
  feet on Mar 22 2003.
